Our Family Doctors

Dr. Lina Al-Imari received her Doctor of Medicine at the University of Toronto, where she also completed her Family Medicine Residency as Chief Resident at the Markham Family Medicine Teaching Unit. In addition to practicing comprehensive primary care for all ages, she specializes in women’s health including in breastfeeding medicine, menopause, and reproductive health following the completion of the Women’s Health Enhanced Skills Program at Women’s College Hospital. She is actively engaged in medical education and educational scholarship. Dr. Al-Imari also works at the Doctor’s Breastfeeding Clinic, supporting mothers with their breastfeeding goals, as well as Peel Public Health Sexual Health Clinics. During her free time, she enjoys to spend time with her family, swimming, and yoga.

Dr. Eman Al-Shami completed her family medicine training in Nova Scotia, Canada. She received her medical degree at the University of Baghdad. Dr. Eman has been practicing medicine in Ontario where she has been providing comprehensive family medicine at the Mississauga Health Centre for many years. She is motivated by her patients and strives to provide exemplary patient care. Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her family and taking walks on lakeshore. She is excited to be accepting patients at Centro Healthcare!

Dr. Aditi Lakhani is a family physician joining Centro Healthcare. She was born in India and raised in Toronto. She completed her medical degree at McMaster University and her residency training in Family Medicine at the University of Toronto, based out of North York General Hospital. Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and travelling. She is looking forward to meeting new patients, and providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages.
