Our Family Doctors

The Centro Healthcare Family Health Organization (Centro Healthcare FHO) offers you and your family with the opportunity to benefit from accessible, comprehensive primary care.
Family Health Organizations (FHO) are an initiative of the Ontario Medical Association and the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.
Upon rostering with our family doctors, it is important that you seek all primary care from Centro Healthcare FHO as it is known that continuity of care with your family doctor means better care for you. Centro Healthcare FHO will provide extensive after hours services at our own location for your convenience. If your doctor is away or working at the hospital, you are advised to see one of our doctors as we work as a team and are able to cross-cover each other. If you are seeking a service that you feel your doctor does not provide, please discuss with your doctor and she or he will provide you with a referral as needed.
Please do not hesitate to seek care in the case of emergency at the emergency department of a hospital. Please note that as per the Ministry, your doctor is charged if you seek care at other walk-in clinics or urgent care centres.
You can contact our admin office should you have any questions on what this means for you
